Life has been pretty busy lately, mostly with good things. Some of you may be wondering whatever happened with Sherah and my momma-professor experience. Well, I have some good news and some bad news. First, the good news– she graduates this week with a degree in Computer Science!! And the other good news– she got a great job working as a Business Intelligence analyst with data, lots of data!! And the bad news… well, there isn’t any. It’s all good. The stars have aligned, the sun has risen, and the angels are singing. I am so proud of my little girl!
On our trips throughout the Nation, I’ve been knitting Fulmar from Aran Knitting. Let me tell you, this is a slow proposition. It is built like a glacier, slowly and steadily growing over time, but not so that you would notice from one day to the next. One day years from now I expect to wake up surprised to find it finished.
I’ve also managed to get most of the body of little Minni knit. Soon I’ll graft her side together and knit some sleeves. I still think she’s lovely.
